What Is The Treatment For Burning Sensation And Pain In Foot?

i just came from the doctor regarding numbness on the top of my foot and burning on my foot he told that is common for a diabetic he claims that it should heal itself in a couple weeks. But at the meantime what to do for the burning no answer except he give me some cream prescripture no luck out of stock now what. Any recommendations.

Hi,

Get your vitamin D and B12 levels checked. Apply ice pack and take Gabapentin and nortriptyline combination to ease your burning. If you have low vitamins level also take proper supplements.
