What Is The Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Vagina After Intercourse?

Hello Doc, I am having burning sensation after every sexual intercourse with my husband. The doctor prescribed Cifran 500 for a week. However, the burning sensation and white discharge continued right after another intercourse. It is very painful. Please help.

Hi dear,
burning sensation in vagina can be due to inadequate lubrication during sexual intercourse or it may be due to any infection.
For adequate lubrication adequate foreplay is must and if not getting adequate lubrication use artificial lubrication for smooth penetration.
And for infection take treatment from gynecologist.
Is there any other symptoms like whitish discharge, burning urination etc..
