Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The primary management is to control urinary infection which is associated with calculus in the kidney. Guidelines at present
- drink more liquids.
- cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water.
- increase intake of organic citrus fruits.
- if burning persists beyond 2 days, get prescription of antibiotic with your family doctor.
- no medicines are required for this size of stones at present.

Take follow up USG after 4 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
