What Is The Treatment For Chiari Malformation?

I had an mri done when I was 21 and in the dictation it shows a "possible" chiari 1 malformation 4 cm. however,7 years later m friends own doc imaging center and he needed a Ginny pig of the head. I wanted to see about this "chiari 1 malformation so I told him I would do it. it shows that I do have chiari one malformation and that it's 9cm big. I don't have insurance and doctor didn't diagnose me either however, my neck is extremely tender, my vision is blur and slow on catching up. I can no longer dance salsa or any ballet because of the turns. I can't play with my children cause of the dizziness. I read there is nothing I can do for this, is this true? I'm tired of not being able to do much
