Hello again

I have studied your case

There is possibility of throat infection or lung parenchymal disease.
You need to investigate like clinical examination from doctor and if required X ray chest and blood investigation.

For early recovery drink plenty of water, eat easily digestible food, improve immunity, and take fruit juices and soups.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
