What Is The Treatment For Chronic Disease ?

Sir , I am Subhankar Roy,22 years old.I have got frequent urination problem.All the test results are ok.Dr. told me it's a chronic disease,you have to take medicine and try to hold as long as possible.Do pelvic floor excercise regularly.My waight is 52kg, hight 167 cm.please help me.
