What Is The Treatment For Cold ?

I had a cold last week....feel great during the day but the last two days I start feeling really achy and like bone chilling cold around 5:00 pm or so. Last night I woke up after at 2 am sweating so bad I soaked everything from head to toe and the sheets and pillow cases on my bed.

The common cold is a self-limited contagious illness that can be caused by a number of different types of viruses. The common cold is medically referred to as a viral upper respiratory tract infection.
There is no cure for the common cold. The common cold is a self-limited illness that will resolve spontaneously with time and expectant management.

The common cold symptoms can last up to 2-3 weeks.
Meanwhile you need rest,eat healthy mostly green vegetables.
Drink plenty of fluids in order to avoid dehydration.
If you have fever you can use Ibuprofen or Paracetamol to lower it.
