What Is The Treatment For Congenital Heart Condition And Pulmonary Hypertension?

My sister has serious congenital heart condition and pulmonary hypertension. Admitted with blood calcium level of 17. Parathyroid hormone normal. Endocrinologist had her taking 1800 mg calcium and 2400 iu Vitamin D. what is most likely cause of elevated calcium??

Congenital heart condition should be treated either medically or surgically.otherwise will lead to complications like pulmonary hypertension followed by heart failure..Get 2 d Echo immediately.consult your cardiologist for expert management.thankyou
