What Is The Treatment For Constipation And Bloating?

Hello, my wife is having some health issues and does not want to go to a doctor. Her Gynecologist retired 8 years ago and she did not like his replacement so she hasn't went to see a GYN doctor for 5 years. She is 36 years old, and has been having issues for about a year. She didn't tell me about the issues for 8 months. Currently she is getting her period 14 days apart and it is lasting for 4-5 days. It started out as normal cramps, normal color, and normal flow. Know that pain get's so bad she gets doubled over in pain and has to stay in bed for atleast a day, the color is almost black, and the flow is double with golfball sized clots. she has constipation, bloating, and the thing that is worring me the most is this time she has a fever.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, this is the underlying pelvic inflammatory condition with possible uterine involvement. As the bleeding with pain is of a substantial amount, I strongly recommend consulting nearby OBGY immediately before the hemoglobin level drops. Constipation and bloating can be taken care with proton pump inhibitor, high fiber, more liquids.
