Here simple
constipation is present....
Few advise are as below......
-more water intake....2 to 3 litre water daily taken.....
-fiber food more like apple, whole grain , wheat bran ,
-regular mild exercise done
-green tea useful
-chamomile in tea help in constipation as well as sooth stomach
-spinach like green leafy veg more
-excess fatty food avoided
-avoid sedentety life style
-advise her not to take stress
If still no benefit isapghul huska in milk can be taken....
Methycellulose like bulk forming agent also helpful....

If still problem not solved first do USG ....
