Im 39 weeks pregnant and at 17 weeks i had an anal abcess, this was drained in hospital, i havent had any constipation at all until yesterday and now i feel terrible pressure in my bottom, i feel like i need to do a bowel movement, but when i do try to go only white clumps come out, is this the abcess back

White clumps may be pus or mucous. Seen in many conditions like dysentery, diarrhea, colitis, or Irritable bowel syndrome.
Eat high fiber diet and regular exercise. Use syrup lactulose 30 ml at night if you are constipated.
If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
