What Is The Treatment For Constipation?
when i use the bathroom like when i have bowel movement whenever i use the bathroom it feels like alot but very little comes out and when it does theres like a skin or fat tissue looks like it that comes out with it and its very hard to go to the bathroom its been like this for about 2 weeks what could be wrong

-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable -fiber.
-Exercise more.
-Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee.
-Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
