What Is The Treatment For Constipation ?

Hello, I have been constipated for 5 days now and ..when I move my bowels it still feels as if i'm full of waste and today it looked like an ear wax type substance on the toilet paper ...I have stomach pains from when I wake up until the time I go to sleep?

Your stomach pain is related with contipation and bowel spasms.
This is why you should us plenty of water, stool softener and enema .
You need to do colonoscopy to better evaluate large bowel.
