What Is The Treatment For Constipation?

i am swamy my age now 37 years from last 2 years onwards i have tight motion problem it will not come daily and i am doing every 2 days once ENIMA with normal water if i not do it will not come 4 -5 days my health going to damage plz let me know good medicine

Hello,
I would advise you to get a stool exam, hemoglobin and TSH blood test done. In case they are normal i would suggest you take polyethylene glycol for your constipation the doses can be adjusted till you pass stools daily. This will reduce the need for enemas. Please conslt your doctor for a prescription.
