What Is The Treatment For Crack In The Anal Opening?

Yes I am a 27 year old male and the top of my butt crack kinda on the inside but more outside seems to be chaped or something I scratched it and started bleeding from that one spot. Is there anything over the counter I can use to cure it. I have had problems in the past with it but comes and goes anything I can try different. Thanks Jacob

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having anal fissure giving this problem.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Go for one oral antibiotic medicine course.
Avoid constipation and take mild laxative daily at night.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
