What Is The Treatment For Cramps And Soreness In The Stomach?
My stomach is always sensitive even if you touch it I can feel the pain
Sometimes I have cramps the centre of it pulling me around the navel, the pain will be so much that it will affect my back and my temperature will be high.
For a month now when I eat my stomach becomes painful (it feels like there are sores inside me & I have rubbed something hot like peri peri on them)
I’m forever bloated always full of air. I usually go to the toilet once or twice a month
The possible causes of your symptoms are Food intolerance, Irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel problems, infections or malabsorption syndromes etcetera. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Also, avoid dairy products, and gluten contains food.
If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
