What Is The Treatment For Damaged ACL In My Left Knee?

Hello sir
Sir i had an road accident on 13 of this month and after a weak later i had done MRI of my left knee and came to know that my ACL is damaged and had to go for surjery after two months but i dosent want to go for surgery so kindly suggest me about some medicine or any kind of diet so that i can recover my ACL without surjery.

I can understand your fear, if the ligament is total damaged or torn then you have a only option and that is surgery, this is not the big surgery it would be simple repair work have very minimal side effects, or out come, but if the damage is minimal then this can be treated conservatively, you have to discuss this with your doctor, take care and wish you a rapid recovery, have nice day.
