What Is The Treatment For Deep Purple Bruise On The Left Side Of Big Toe?
About 3 weeks ago I fell and slammed my left foot against the wall causing bruising throughout my toes and ankle. With doing the RICE method I was good for a few days. Bruising went down. Now I have a deep purple bruise on the left side of my big toe and it's been sensitive to the touch, not comfortable with shoes and even my sneakers that it feels like there's needles pinching me. Your expertise, please. Thank You.

hi, good to hear that you are relieved with RICE. get an X-ray of the foot and great toe done. you might have an underlying fracture.
