my daughter is 2 1/2 year old she has severe diaper rashes she wont allow to apply rash free cream & she cant pass stool because of severe pain near anal area she has cut wound & she has running nose also please advice me what i will do for instant relieve thanks

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.FIrst keep the area dry and use talcum powder after cleaning and drying.it will reduce.for running nose give syrup-T-minic 5ml two times in a day for 3 days.good luck.
