What Is The Treatment For Diarrhea, Heartburn And Abdominal Pain?

Hi i have been having diarrhea now for over a year. Sometimes i get constipated an feel as if i need to go but can't. When like this stools are feather like an thin. I often feel bloated get bad heartburn an burp a lot. I also get pains left side abdomin and lower back.

I really appreciate your concern, the given history and the symptoms could be due to intestinal infection along with acid peptic disease.
If I ever have such case then I would try to treat this case with the following medicines.
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks
care need to be taken in diet, avoid taking heavy, spicy and greasy food.
For the left side abdomen pain you can try Dicyclomine tablet it may be due to colic, if the pain persist then it need to be brought to investigation to rule out the underlying causes.
