What Is The Treatment For Difficulty In Passing Stools?

Hi, I have difficulty going to the toilet. My faeces, when pushing, seems to push into a pocket at the front of my anus rather that straight out of the passage. This means that when I have finished it is hard to wipe clean as every wipe seems to dislodge poo that has not been able to exit.
