What Is The Treatment For Disc Bulge At L5-S1?

My Mother has lower back pain from last 3 months. She also has knee atheristis from last 5-6 years. MRI report of spine shows 1.is diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 level effacing the ventral epidural fat plane and mild impression on ventral nerve roots, Though orthopadic treatment is going on from last 3 months, but hardly 10 % relief, could you please possible treatment in Allopathic or Ayurvedic

Well...disc slip and knee arthriritis... For disc slip ..the conservative measures like pain medication physiotherapy can help but in the long RU. It would not help..
This is surgical option..discectomy.
You better consult a. Neurosurgeon ..
