What Is The Treatment For Enlarged Lymph Nodes In The Esophagus?

they have found 5 masses in my L. lung and a few enlarged lymph nodes in my esophagus. I have COPD, I am 55yrs. old a female. I had squamous cell carcinoma in 2005 & ended up having a radical L vul vectomy. I have been real tired and unless they keep that side numb my L. lung hurts real bad.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of Squamous Cell Carcinoma in 2005 for which left lobectomy was performed, there were 5 masses in the left lung and few enlarged lymph nodes in the esophagus which I hope have been removed at the time of surgery.
You have COPD and really feel tired and unless they keep the left side numb the left lung hurts pretty bad.
Since you have COPD the oxygen and carbon dioxide exchanges are meager and hence the tiredness.
I would advise you the following:
Get Extra Oxygen by intermittent inhalation by mask. Keep Oxygen cylinders at the places you stay or live. Now a days you get electrical oxygen separators and are handy.
Secondly you problem looks to be due to entrapment of the costal nerves and ablation of such nerves can keep you pain-free forever.
