Urologist 's  Response
Hi
There is no universal agreement among urologist whether to stop aspirin before prostate operation. In some instances stopping the aspirin may be detrimental to heart even though there might be slightly more risk of bleeding during operation. Hence some urologist continue it. If worried then you might want to opt for laser surgery which has less bleeding issues.
