What Is The Treatment For Fever And Cough In A Child?
Hello doctors, My son is 6 yrs old, who got five days fever on and off. we did consult few doctors, who gave us some medicine such ibuburfen, paracetamol, voren (suppository), fever is gone for 5-6hrs only but its repeating with high fever 39.2 with cough. what could be the reason and what can we do to control the fever? please advise. as there is feverwith cough for fews days , there is possibility of respiratory tract infection caused by bacterial etiology. his throat should be examined and he may need antibiotic of penicilline group
