What Is The Treatment For Fever And Shivering?

I've been presscribed CIPROFLOXACIN twice a day for an infection around the testicles. I now have some fever (38C) and shivering. Is it ok to take PARACETAMOL to keep the fever under control ?
I'm a 35years old male, with now other medical condition and not taking any other medicines.

Yes, you can use the paracetamol along with the antibiotics to help with fever and pain control.

Paracetamol can be used 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. In addition to the use of this medication you can also consider tepid sponging with tap water, using cool liquids and dressing in cool clothing.
