What Is The Treatment For Fever,loose Motions And Vomiting?

My daughter is 15months old. She had high fever 6days ago. After taking azee 200 and amber idol, fever is not there. Now she has vomiting and loose motions. She does not eat anything at all. Her stools are pale yellow, runny and smell very bad and that smell does not go even after a day. For this I used enterogermina, but still she has not recovered. Please help.

Your daughter has acute gastroenteritis. It takes 5-7 days to stop motion completely in children.During that period you need to maintain proper hydration.medicine given by you is correct.You can give zinc syrup and ORS in addition. Give antiemetic to stop vomiting. Give rice based food,apple,pomegranate, banana, arrowroot kanji,sabudana kanji
