What Is The Treatment For Fishy Odor In The Urine?

I'm 19, 44,6k, don't know my height but I'm short, my urine smells like fish, this smell is very strong, its dark yellow,when I urinate there's a bit of pain at the end, I've tried drinking a lot of water but it doesn't seem to be working. What's wrong with me?
