What Is The Treatment For Foul Smelling Stools?
Hi! My almost 3 year old son has very foul smelling stools. It's a very acid type of smell. He gows from having very big, long stools, to mushy peanut color stools, which really stink. What could be the problem? He does very well peeing on the potty, but when it comes to pooping, he always goes in his underwear.
