hello my 5 yr old just started primary school and today we got a note from his teacher adout his frequent urination and a his constant itching of his bottom what is wrong what can I do he's crying because of having to go all the time and he says his bottom is scratching

Tough to diagnose without further history. However, it is important that you have his urine tested at the very least. You should contact your doctor and have your son give a urine sample yo help with the evaluation.
