What Is The Treatment For Gastritis?
I am facing gastritits attack since last one year. 6-7 days i feel alright than I feel constipation gas lost in stomach weakness, hand and feet muscles weakness light acidity refelx. when I take pantocid tab for two three days gas releses in every 4-5 minutes for a day and I feel OK. after few days the problem starts. please advise permanent remedy. I am very upset due to illness.

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Take antacids and other drugs to reduce stomach acid.
-Avoiding hot and spicy foods.
-eat fibers
-drink plenty of water
-If gastritis is caused by helicopter pylori you should take antibiotics
