What Is The Treatment For Hard Stools?

I have a really hard poo that feels like it's blocking and won't come out. I feel like I'm doing a poo but it's not coming out because Of the blockage and my stomach really hurts. I always have problems with pooing but never this bad. I'm actually in bed and feel so weak and sick. Please help.

Hi,

First the dietary changes like increasing fiber intake, eat plenty of the fruits, vegetables, and grains that contain fiber. You consume apple, banana, oranges, green beans, carrots, raw cucumber and spinach.

Next is daily exercises and plenty of oral fluids, avoid refined grain products and smoking. If doesn't respond you Need to take medicine like syr lactulose 15-30 ml bedtime whenever needed. Enema is another alternative.
