What Is The Treatment For Heart Burn And Acid Reflux?

I have recently been having the following symptoms while lying down or sitting and bending forward: spasm like symptoms at bottom of sternum (where esophagus enters stomach ?), fluttering in chest, heart burn, some reflux, feeling the need to "burp" - but unable to do so fully, and whenever this happens, I experience PVCs, and some coughing.

Intake of Proton pump inhibitors as omeprazole on empty stomach 1 hour prior to lunch, antacid syrup according to the advice of your doctor will help.

Keep your BP (Blood Pressure), blood sugar, cholesterol, body weight under control. Later on may need ultrasound or upper GI endoscopy according to the progress.
