What Is The Treatment For Heavy Bleeding?

Mmc at ten weeks. Two dosages of cytotec 800mg Q24hrs first one on 12/6. Still bleeding heavily and passing large clots on 12/17. Methotrexate 0.2q6hrs for two day. On 12/18 it had gone down to light spotting and started to turn slightly browner (older blood) was having massive cramps from methotrexate and went to the ED. My endo line is still 26mm thick after 13+ days of bleeding. It was 26mm on 12/8 when I had an u/s in the ED that day. Is this normal? Help going crazy.
