What Is The Treatment For Hip Pain?

HI, I have been on Methadone for chronic back pain for almost a year now and I have been having severe breakthrough pain in my right hip due to osteoarthritis. Would taking Oxycodone benefit me in regards to the hip pain or will it be blocked out by the Methadone? And what dose is an appropriate dose?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I would like to say that if you have a hip pain then this could be age related as such you have not mentioned your age and gender this becomes difficult to advise you, still I would say that try to maintain the good posture and try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg three times in day, have a nice day.
