What Is The Treatment For Inflammation And Stomach Disorders?

my wife is suffering from inflammation and other stomach disorders since last 5 years she has taken many drugs but only to worsen the problem.CURRENTLY she is priscribe AMIXIDE-H,MEBEVRINE HCISR 200 & NEXPROL 40 . after taking these medicine she is experience dizziness flatulence

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of your wife suffering from inflammation and other stomach disorders for the last 5 years.Problems worsened in spite of medicines she took. She is taking Amixide-H, Mebeverine HCISR and Nexprol 40. Now has dizziness and flatulence.
It is possible that your wife is suffering from IBS also and is on the correct line of treatment as you have mentioned.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Once for all to get fully investigated:
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Upper GI and Colonoscopy.
Any other relevant tests.
If there is any positive findings on such tests get it treated specifically.
If all the tests are normal along with strong clinical suspicion, go ahead with full treatment for IBS.
Control of stress and/or anxiety is very important factor.
