What Is The Treatment For Itching And Bleeding From The Anus?

i am suffering from chronic bowl pain, head aches, chest pain, ichyness in my bottom and bleeding there as well when i poo im a 15 yr odl girl my problem started in june the same day i experienced the problem i was rushed into hospital the removed my appendix asked if i still had the pain i said yes they told me i would? but for the past 5 months i have had itchyness come and go and the pain comes for about 4 days and the stops for a couple off days i have tried different types of pain killers they dont work like yesterday i took a cocodamol and it did not take away my pain but i have notice what it seems to be some sort of "worms" in my poo me and my mum think the hospital has missed something please can you give me some sort of advice

* According to your narration seems to be Anal fissure / Hemorrhoids .
* I recommend the suggestions to get best control over it
- avoid all oily / spicy / non vegetarian stuffs / beverages
- consume light diet containing all nutrients with added green leafy
vegetables, whole grains ,cereals , pulses , legumes , curd , butter milk.
- drink plenty of liquids
- manage diet to get soft stools if needed can take Ayurvedic Triphla /
Isabgula husk for it
- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water for 10-10 minutes
morning , evening & specially after passing stool ) help tremendously .
- avoid smoking / alcohol / any abuse substances if using
- avoid any anal sex ( if performing )
- avoid tight undergarments / jeans
- avoid sitting for long periods on hard surfaces
- avoid exposure to excess heat
- local application of Xylocaine (2%) containing gel helps to sooth it
