Hi!
I read carefully your query.
You should be glad and you should know that vertebral hemangioma is a normal variant of vertebral anatomy but your symptoms suggest that you may have any degenerative disease of spine like :
- protrusion disc herniated
- articular facet join arthritis
- spinal canal stenosis
- muscular pain
Each of them you may exclude after doing spine MRI.
Treatment is depended from exact diagnosis.
You should know that each of above diagnosis is not heavy and may be treated easy with pain killers.

Wishing you fast recovery.
