Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am having loose motion. During night I had to go thrice to toilet.even after passing the stool I find a bloating sensation inside my stomach.I didn't have any medicine related to this problem. So I have taken omaze. Please let me know what I can do next?
You apparently have an amebic or bacterial infection (H.pylori) of the intestine and alteration of bacterial flora.
Get your stools tested for worms, bacteria or ameba.
Take a 5 days' course of Metronidazole and a deworming course; 4 weeks' course of a Probiotic, such as, lactobacilli + digestive enzymes. You should be completely cured with the treatment.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.
