General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Intestine infection with likely enteroinvasive type e.coli or other organisms.

Primary care with oral rehydration salt at home and definite therapy in terms of
- GI specific antibiotic (as rifaximin or else)
- pre and probiotics with sacromyosis bullardei and lacto bacillus
- antiemetic as ondansetron
- PPI as omeprazole.

All of the above require a prescription of your GP after your clinical examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
