I've had occasional crooked back with pain in lower back for years. Starts with minor twinge. Muscles spasm. Much pain. I am then stand crooked. Rest and muscle relaxers, cyclobenzaprene, chiropractors, all contribute to the healing processs...3-5 days. Then I am fine and can run distances. Looking for preventative exercizes. I know swimming helps. What else do you recommend. Xrays came up negative a year ago.
Hi, From history it seems that there is muscular pain giving this problem. This can occur due to lack of physical activity or sedentary life style. Swimming, slow running will be helpful. Go for regular back extension exercises daily 10 minutes in the morning and in the evening. Take high protein nourishing diet. Take calcium and multivitamie supplements. Ok and take care. Ok and take care.
