What Is The Treatment For Lower Back Pain?

About a week before my period is due I suffer from lower back pain and at times the pain is so bad that I will have to hold on to something. The pain feels as if the lower part of my back is splitting into two pieces and coming apart. This started about 6 months ago. I am 41 yrs.

This seems to be spasmodic type of pain. U need a gynaecological examination to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease . also renal stone to be ruled out. Keep anti spasmodic like spasmoproxyvon with u.
