Hi thanks for contacting HCM... You have feeling like lump in throat.. So get your posterior pharynx examined for swollen tonsil for inflammatory posterior wall swelling.... If present course of antibiotic given along with short course of steroid.... You have watering from eyes . So you might have catarrhal viral infection that can lead excess lacrimation and excess mucus secretion as post nasal drip... Salt water gargles done.... Drink more water.... If needed posterior pharynx swab taken... Palpate cervical lymph nodes and salivary glands... If during posterior pharynx examination growth revealed then biopsy taken... Hope your concern solved.
