What Is The Treatment For Lumps Hanging Below The Vagina?

I have about 3 or 4 fleshy red lumps sort of hanging just below my vaginal hole, they are not sore to touch but hurt during intercourse and make me very paranoid. ive never had un-protected sex so doubt it could be warts, what could this be and how can i get it treated? is there anything i can try at home or pick up at a chemist to get rid of this to save the embarassment of going to a doctor or GP?
