What Is The Treatment For Macular Degeneration?

Hi Doc...My uncle is suffering from an eyes disease...Macular degenration..he is 65 yrs old and is operated for catract 1year ago..he is diabetic and have high blood pressure..but its under controlled situation.

We consulted few doctors in my city they told it cannot be treated and on searchig i online we found MCULAR DEGENRATION leads to permanent vision loss(blindnesss).

Can you let us know is it true and is there any cure for it?

1.Having healthy lifestyle These include stopping smoking and eating a healthy diet of dark green leafy vegetables and fruit.
