What Is The Treatment For Nausea And Bloating?

my stomach feels swollen inside when I eat it feels bloated I get nausea throughout the day I don't think I got a wee infection but its very tender to go to the toilet I also get really bad legs when U tired it feels like I have rubber bands around them and can't sleep

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Your history of bloating and nausea is suggestive of an intestinal infection. Tenderness to go for toilet indicates the same and may be an urinary tract infection too.
I would advise your the following in such a situation:
get the stool and urine tested.
Urine culture and sensitivity before the antibiotic is started gives better results.
Once the samples are sent as well the blood also sent, get started on an antibiotic on clinical basis that works against both the intestinal and urinary tract infection.
Take plenty of oral fluids, maintain hydration and electrolyte balance well so that your another problem of pain in the leg and
calf may get resolved.
Also needed is the control of anxiety and stress as it may e the cause of the restless leg syndrome another cause of leg pains
Get a clinical evaluation also done to get the clinical diagnosis to be aided by the investigations to have proper final diagnosis and have proper management.
