Your history of
bloating and nausea is suggestive of an intestinal infection. Tenderness to go for toilet indicates the same and may be an
urinary tract infection too.
I would advise your the following in such a situation:
get the stool and urine tested.
Urine culture and sensitivity before the antibiotic is started gives better results.
Once the samples are sent as well the blood also sent, get started on an antibiotic on clinical basis that works against both the intestinal and urinary tract infection.
Take plenty of oral fluids, maintain hydration and electrolyte balance well so that your another problem of
pain in the leg and
calf may get resolved.
Also needed is the control of
anxiety and stress as it may e the cause of the
restless leg syndrome another cause of leg pains
Get a clinical evaluation also done to get the clinical diagnosis to be aided by the investigations to have proper final diagnosis and have proper management.
