What Is The Treatment For Nausea And Stomach Ache?
I'm 41. Had Rt foot Achilles degeneration surgery. It was outpatient. It went great. I am day 5 post op and have not taken my pain meds for 2 1/2 days now. I am very nauseous, get very dizzy, stomach aches, light sensitive...Foot seems to be the least of my probs.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history about a 41 year old patient who had surgery for Tendo Achilles degeneration surgery, went off well, not taken any pain medication for two and half days, but have nausea, getting dizziness, stomach ache and sensitivity to light.. All your symptoms could have been due to allergy to some medications or due to vetigo of otological origin causing dizziness and other symptoms. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Clinical evaluation by a Doctor asap as examination can tell us the cause so that one can go ahead with proper investigations to get the diagnosis and plan a treatment which will be symptomatic to get the relief and possible cure. Get a bed rest to settle the problem. Plenty of oral fluids and maintain the electrolyte balance.
