What Is The Treatment For Numbness And Heaviness In The Arm?

I have a sharp painful prick on my right shoulder to my back down my breast up to my lower side of my womb.l feel like stretching my self but the pain don't go away. Once I was given stress tablets but still l have pain.at times l feel numbness on my leg and arm. At times my arm is too heavy to lift or when lm writing especially on the chalkboard
