What Is The Treatment For Numbness In The Arm?
Hello! I banged my arm pretty hard against my desk the other day, and apart from a couple of faint bruises, there is a faint numbness to my forearm. I can feel it if I pinch the area, but it feels very strange. Also, when I move it in a specific way, a sharp and brief sensation of pins and needles goes through my lower arm.

Your symptoms could be related to a pinched nerve in this area. It is a temporary compression of the nerve from the trauma.
I recommend holding your arm straight for some days and your symptoms will recover spontaneously. You should just try to be patient. Painkillers (ibuprofen, acetaminophen) could help in the next days.
But, there is nothing to worry about!
