What Is The Treatment For Numbness In Thigh, Pain When Touched And Warm Feeling?

i have a numbness in my upper thigh, then it goes to sleep, then to tingling and hot to touch and then if i dont sit down it turn into a piercing pain, and then when i sit down and rest get back up it feels like something is pulling deep n my leg,,,just the upper thigh and only on the front side

Your symptoms are suggestive of nerve compression of lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh which we call medically meralgia paresthetica.my advice would be wear loose undergarments and avoid tight clothing.
Meanwhile you can take drugs like gabapentin, pregablin under medical guidance.
